10. Slide the power supply back into the instrument.
Note Make sure the electrometer board cable is not in the way when you reinstall the
power supply.
11. Reattach the two screws holding the power supply to the instrument.
12. Reconnect the power cables to the back of the ISQ 7000 instrument.
13. Reattach the top cover panel and tighten the screw.
14. Restart your system by following the instructions in
