6. Use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the four screws holding the back manifold
plate onto the instrument.

7. Remove the tray alignment pin and manifold o-ring and put them on the new back
manifold plate. Replace the pin and o-ring, if necessary.

8. Be careful to place the alignment pin into the hole on the rear of the analyzer tray before
aligning the holes between the back manifold plate and the manifold. The back manifold
plate will lift the analyzer tray slightly when the holes are aligned.
9. Reattach the back manifold plate to the instrument. The back manifold plate must be
reinstalled with the pin at the bottom.
