13. Reattach the exit and entrance endcaps and reattach the screws.

Tip You will get better signal if you gently push the endcaps toward one another while
tightening the screws.
14. Attach the wire connecting the quadrupole entrance lens to the source interface board by
screwing in the terminal with a slotted screwdriver.
15. Once the components are correctly attached to the analyzer tray, follow the instructions
in "Replacing the Analyzer Tray"
16. Restart your system by following the instructions in
