7. Push the handle down and then twist the top of it in the opposite direction to lock it into
place.

8. Pull the handle up to open the interior ball valve.
Note If more than 60 seconds have passed since the Ready to Open light turned on, the
Ready to Open light will turn off. You should press the Evacuate button and wait until
the Ready to Open light is lit again.
