4. Use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the four screws at each corner of the electron
multiplier plate.

5. Lift the electron multiplier and plate out of the instrument and set them aside. You
should now be able to view the 4-pin feedthrough from the top of the instrument.
6. Disconnect the four wires from the 4-pin feedthrough.
Note Each wire must be reattached to the same connector later in this process, so make a
note of their placement.
