Install the rearview mirrors and handlebar switch
wire clamps to the handlebar.
Install the clutch lever after connecting the clutch
cable.
Apply grease to the clutch lever pivot bolt sliding
surface.
Install the knuckle guard, washer/collar and pivot
bolt, then tighten it securely.
Install and tighten the nut securely.
Install the collar and bolt, and tighten it securely.
Apply silicone grease to the brake lever pivot bolt
sliding surface and lever-to-master piston contact-
ing area.
Install the knuckle guard, brake lever and pivot bolt,
and tighten it to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 1.0 N·m (0.1 kgf·m, 0.7 lbf·ft)
Install and tighten the nut to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 5.9 N·m (0.6 kgf·m, 4.4 lbf·ft)
Adjust the clutch lever freeplay (page 3-27).
Adjust the throttle grip freeplay (page 3-6)
