Install and tighten the front screw first, then tighten
the rear screw to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 4.2 N·m (0.4 kgf·m, 3.1 lbf·ft)
Install the right handlebar switch housing, aligning
the locating pin with the hole in the handlebar.
Install and tighten the front long screw first, then
tighten the rear short screw to the specified torque.
TORQUE: 0.9 N·m (0.1 kgf·m, 0.7 lbf·ft)
Install the master cylinder, holder and bolts.
Install the holder
Align the edge of the master cylinder with the
with its "UP" mark
punch mark on the handlebar and tighten the upper
facing up.
bolt first, then tighten the lower bolt.
TORQUE: 12 N·m (1.2 kgf·m, 9 lbf·ft)
Connect the front brake light switch connectors.
