CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
Remove the bolt water hose joint and O-ring.
Front cylinder head
only:
Remove the cam chain tensioner mounting bolts
and sealing washers.
Remove the cam chain tensioner.
Remove the 8 mm bolts.
Loosen the 10 mm nuts in a crisscross pattern in
several steps.
Remove the nuts and washers.
Remove the cylinder head.
Be careful not to
damage the mating
surface when
removing the
cylinder head.
