LICENSE LIGHT

BULB REPLACEMENT
Remove the screw and license light unit.
Pull out the license light bulb socket.
Remove bulb from the bulb socket, and replace it
with a new one.
Install the removed parts in the reverse order of
removal.

COMBINATION METER

POWER/GROUND LINE INSPECTION
Remove the front center cowl (page 2-12).
Check for following at the wire harness side connec-
tor terminals of the combination meter 20P (Gray)
connector.
POWER INPUT LINE
Measure the voltage between the Black/brown wire
terminal (+) of the combination meter 20P (Gray)
connector and ground (–).
There should be battery voltage with the ignition
switch turned ON.
If there is no voltage, check the following:
– Open circuit in the Black/brown wire
– Blown fuse (METER. ILLUMI 10 A)
