If your Honda Transalp XL700V is not starting despite having a new battery, new spark plugs, clean fuel, a new filter, and a priming fuel pump, possible reasons include:

1. Throttle Fully Open: The engine will not start if the throttle is fully open because the electronic control module cuts off the fuel supply.

2. Flooded Engine: If repeated attempts to start have been made, the engine may be flooded. To clear flooding:
- Set the engine stop switch to RUN.
- Open the throttle fully.
- Press the start button for 5 seconds.

3. Fuel Line Issues: Even if the pump primes, fuel may not be reaching the throttle body due to:
- Clogged fuel line or strainer.
- Clogged fuel tank breather.
- Faulty fuel pump unit.

4. Spark Issues: There could be:
- Incorrect spark plug heat range or gap.
- Faulty spark plug.
- Weak or no spark detected during a spark test.

5. Air Intake Issues: Check for:
- Dirty air cleaner.
- Blocked air intake port or clogged air supply hoses.
- Faulty PAIR control solenoid valve.

6. Ignition Cut-off: If the motorcycle was recently overturned, the banking sensor may have cut off ignition. The ignition must be turned off and back on before restarting.

These checks should help identify the issue preventing engine start.
