REAR WHEEL/SUSPENSION
Pack new needle bearing with specified grease
(page 1-18).
Press the needle bearing in left side pivot with the
marking side facing up until the depth from the
swingarm outer surface is 4.0 – 4.5 mm (0.16 – 0.18
in), using the special tools.

DUST SEAL
PIVOT COLLAR

Apply specified grease to the dust seal lips (page 1-

Install new dust seals into the left side pivot.
Install the pivot collar to the left side pivot.
