Brake lever soft or spongy
• Air in hydraulic system

• Contaminated brake pad/disc
• Worn caliper piston seals

• Caliper not sliding properly
• Low brake fluid level
• Clogged fluid passage
• Warped/deformed brake disc
• Sticking/worn caliper piston
