027-757 Extension Server SSL Fail RAP

027-757 Web application linkage during service linkage SSL access failed.
Procedure
Perform the steps that follow:
1.
Advise the customer to:
a.
Check the server/network connection.
b.
Check the communication route that can be reached.
c.
Ping the DNS server.
d.
Check if the CA certificate of the connection destination server is imported to the
machine by using the browser.
e.
Check if the machine does not go through the proxy that SSL has the function to
check the communication details SSL.
f.
Specify the machine as out of the SSL proxy target.
g.
Check if the server supports the relevant encryption method.
h.
Set the client certificate to the machine.
i.
Import the client certificate to the machine and set to use as the client certificate.
j.
Check the daylight saving time difference to see if the date/time of the machine is
correct.
2.
If the fault persists, reload the software,

027-758 System Credential Setting Error RAP
027-758 Login credential setting error at remote authentication LDAP.
Procedure
Advise the customer to:
1.
Check whether the login name and password have been set correctly.
2.
Consult with the Network Administrator to check the authentication settings at the LDAP
Server.
