078-300 The HCF top cover interlock is open.
Procedure
PL 70.60 Item 9.
Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do
not need electricity. Refer to
death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Refer to the procedure that follows as necessary:
• GP 9 How to Check a Switch.
Enter dC330 code 078-300. Open then close the top cover,
HCF top cover interlock switch. The display changes.

Check the following wiring between:
• P/J5

If the wiring is good, install a new HCF top cover interlock switch,
Install a new HCF PWB,
The fault could be caused by misalignment of the HCF top cover interlock switch. Ensure the
switch and HCF top cover are correctly installed. Check if the actuator is damaged, install new
components as necessary,
If the fault persists, install a new components as necessary:
• HCF PWB, PL 70.60 Item
• Drive PWB,
