REP 90.4 Drum Cartridge

Removal
To prevent light fatigue, either wrap the removed drum cartridge in a sheet of black paper or
store it in a black bag.
Do not touch the surface of the drum.
1. Open the front cover.
2. Open the LH transport assembly, PL 80.45 Item
3. Raise the latch (1), then remove the drum cartridge,

Replacement
The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the drum cartridge,
2. Remove the front cover, REP
3. Remove the inner cover, REP
4. Remove the print head assembly,
5. Remove the AC housing assembly,
6. Remove the dispenser pipe unit,
7. Remove the reclaim pipe assembly,
a. Remove two screws (1).
b. Remove the reclaim pipe assembly (2).

Replacement
The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
