"13-O": Digital Line Failure
(1) Meaning
The System Message "13-O" indicates that a fault such as a Frame Loss, Multi-Frame Loss, etc. has occurred
more than 16 times in a one-hour period consecutively during data transfer from the Telephony Server to the
DRU/DAU.
(2) Related system messages
If the fault of the digital line is restored to normal, the System Message "13-P" is printed out.
