TYPE 1: With DHCP Server (SIP Server's IP Address is Pre-assigned by DHCP Server)
DHCP server is connected to the network. DT700 Series terminal starts up and operates by obtaining
own IP address and subnet mask, IP address (or FQDN) of SIP server, and router (default gateway)
address via the DHCP server.
IP address assignment is not required on the configuration setting of DT700 Series since SIP server's
IP address (or FQDN) is obtained via the DHCP server.
TYPE 2: With DHCP Server (SIP Server's IP Address is Not Assigned by DHCP Server)
DHCP server is connected to the network. DT700 Series terminal starts up and operates by obtaining
own IP address, subnet mask, and router (default gateway) address via the DHCP server.
SIP server's IP address (or FQDN) is the only item necessary to be assigned on the configuration
setting of DT700 Series.
TYPE 3: Without DHCP Server
DHCP is in either of the following status; 1) DHCP server is not connected to the network or 2) the
system is activated in a way that does not use the DHCP server.
