Confirmation of File to be Downloaded
Before starting Program Download, confirm the file to be downloaded using the procedure shown below.
Set the necessary data for operation of the IP Enabled Dterm such as "DRS Address," "IP Address of the

terminal" and "Subnet Mask" in advance.
STEP 1: While the terminal is in normal operation, or indicating an error message or "DHCP Connecting.../DRS(1st)
Connecting..." on the display, open the User Menu by pressing "Hold" + "Transfer" + "*" +"#" on the terminal.
Note: When using Backup DRS, "DRS(2nd) Connecting...", "DRS(3rd) Connecting...", or "DRS(4th) Connecting..."
will be displayed instead of "DRS(1st) Connecting...".
STEP 2: Select "System Information" by pressing "9" or "7" on the User Menu.
Note: In this example, select "9. System Information".
STEP 3: Press the "Up" key twice or once and confirm the Firmware version.
Check whether "PtoP" is displayed or not next to the "Firmware Version."
When "PtoP" is indicated:
IP Enabled Dterm is presently operated with the program for SV7000, IPX (Peer-to-Peer).
When "PtoP" is not indicated:
IP Enabled Dterm is presently operated with the program for IPX-T (Protims).
Note: For Dterm Series i, "Firmware Version(P2PR)" is displayed.
