STEP 17: Test PCPro operation.
Make sure that you can use PCPro properly.
STEP 18: Assign office data for the SR-MGC(E) to the MGC.
With PCPro logging-in to the MGC, perform the CMNT command to assign office data for the
SR-MGC(E) belonging to the MGC.
For the procedure to assign the data, see the UNIVERGE SV8500 Data Programming Manual
- Business.
STEP 19: Copy office data from the MGC to the SR-MGC(E).
Use the CMNT command to copy office data from MGC to SR-MGC(E).
The parameters in the CMNT command differ according to the software version of your system.
[For FP85-109 S6 or later version]
• Office Data Copy & Load: Perform the CMNT command; open the File Control tab. Select Of-
fice Data Copy & Load from PROCESS TYPE to copy the office data.
• Select All button: Click the Select All button to execute office data or program copy to all the
SR-MGCs in the network.
• Clear All button: Click the Clear All button to return all the SR-MGC Numbers to the state of
No Processing Request.
• Specifying SR-MGC: Specify the target SR-MGC number (0-255), the box of specified SR-
MGC number is displayed in yellow. And then click the Execute button.
To undo specifying SR-MGC, click the box again.
* The meanings of displayed data are as follow.
Indicated Color
Gray
White
Yellow
Blue
Green
Red
Magenta (Pink)
Status of SR-MGC
SR-MGC Number is not accommodated
No processing request
On standby (Already requested to execute the process)
Under processing
Succeeded in processing
Failed in processing
Cannot execute, because SR-MGC is assigned as the
Backup node
