<Data Assignment on the Telephony Server (MGC)>
This item explains the procedures for setting up the Telephony Server (MGC). Log in to the Telephony Server
(MGC) by PCPro and take the following procedures.
[1] Use the ASYDL command

Index 843: Assign the settings for SP down detection mode.
bit0-1: Detection mode for SP down
0/1=Detects when all SP-PHDs and SP-PHIs are down/Not detect when all SP-PHDs and SP-PHIs
are down.
bit5-7: The number of counts, which is recognized as SP down.
0: Two counts is applied
1-7: The number of counts
Indexes 844 and 845: Assign the number of SR-MGCs to which office data copy is executed per day.
Index 846: Determine the way of finding a pilot terminal (bits 0 and 1), range of LAN interface for change-
over (bit2) and enable /disable terminal reset function of the terminal registered in SR-MGC (bit4).
bit0: Specify a pilot terminal for connectivity check (PING), which can trigger switchback.
0/1=None/Search for Media Gateway
bit1: Specify a pilot terminal for connectivity check (PING), which can trigger switchback.
0/1=None/Search for the terminals by LOC-ID
bit2: Changeover to SR-MGC is performed on both LAN1 and LAN2 sides of the Telephony Server.

0=Only on LAN interface used by SR-MGC/NMS application port
1=On both LAN interfaces
bit4: Enable/Disable Visitor key of terminals
0/1=None/Terminals registered in SR-MGC are able to perform terminal reset by using the Visitor
key.
