1.5.3.4 Download Failure
If the following information is displayed, the program download ended in failure. Determine the cause of the failure
referring to the table below.

The LAN cable for the IP Enabled Dterm/Telephony Server/DHCP/TFTP (FTP)

Perform the program download again following the instructions listed above. If the download ends in failure again,
there is a possibility that the memory of the IP Enabled Dterm is crashed. In this case, please inquire to maintenance
personnel.

FTP: Place the Download file in the
specified directory.
TFTP: Specify the directory having
the Download file.
Rename the file as
"ramhptop.hex (ramhprt.hex)/ramhp2pr.hex
/ramhp2pw.out .
Assign the IP address of the TFTP (FTP)
on the network.
Reconnect the TFTP server and/or the IP
Enabled Dterm on the same subnet
(segment).
Turn ON the power if the power is OFF.
Reconnect the cable.
Turn ON the power of the HUB.
