Assign the TCP/IP Property on the PC (PCPro) as follows:

Subnet Mask:

STEP 4: Restart the PC after changing values in STEP 3.
STEP 5:
After the above settings are complete, execute the following to check network connection:
(1) Open DOS prompt and enter "ping system's IP address (in this case,
172. 16. 253. 0)" + Enter key.
(2) Verify that a reply is sent back from SR T.
(3) Start up PCPro program and Login.
(4) The system is now ready for office data assignment.
[9] Setting IP Address for SR T
Assign data such as network IP address and health check (refer to the beginning of this chapter for details
on assigning IP address for SR T).
[10] Backup Data to SR T's Compact Flash Card
Use Compact Flash Card to backup the data assigned to SR T. Use MEM_HDD command and select
"SR–MGC Data" in the "Data Type Select" window.
[11] Reset SR T
Reset SR T by turning the PWR switch OFF
[12] Connect PC (PCPro) to Network
After the actual network configuration data setting of SR T (such as IP address) has been completed, con-
nect the PC (PCPro) via the network.
STEP 1: Change the IP address of PC (PCPro) corresponding to the actual network.
STEP 2: Restart the PC (PCPro).
STEP 3: Connect the PC (PCPro) via the network.
[13] Connect SR T to Network
Connect SR T to the actual network.
[14] Network Connection Check
Execute the following to ensure network connection has been established with the new IP address of SR
T:
STEP 1: Open DOS prompt and enter "ping system's IP address (in this case, 172. 223. 12. 45)"
+ Enter key.
