[2] Connecting the DSS Console to the DT700 Series Terminal
STEP 1: Perform STEPs
STEP 2: Insert the provided telephone connection cable plug into the telephone cable connector on the back of
the DSS console as shown in the figure.

STEP 3: Thread the telephone connection cable through the groove on the back of the DSS console.
When the 8LK Unit is connected to the Desktop terminal, thread the cable through the groove
on the back of the 8LK Unit, as well.
STEP 4: Mount the DSS console to the Desktop terminal by using the provided two screws. Mount the DSS
console to the Desktop terminal by using the provided two screws as shown in the figure.
