DESI–LESS Terminal

Basic Data Programming on the system side will be the same as the previous assignment of SPD

dial key for DESI–LESS terminal. The name data itself needs to be assigned on the terminal side

(each button and name information will be related on terminal side); but it is required to assign a

designated key (either onto a Line Feature Key or Software Key) to start name data assignment on

the terminal.

How to assign names on each key from the terminal operation will be explained in the DTERM SE-

RIES i/DTERM IP USER'S GUIDE.

Name assignment needs to be performed on a DESI–LESS terminal only when using the LCD as Speed

dialing (SPD) key.

Assigned data are displayed on the LCD only. It is not displayed on the terminal's 3–line LCD.

DtermIP has lineup of terminals with 4 to 32 line feature programmable keys. Each

line feature programmable key can be used as a line key, DSS key, SPD key or feature

key. Terminal with 3–line LCD displays various information on the LCD.

DESI–LESS 16LD DtermIP is equipped with 16 line feature programmable keys with

information display function. Each line feature programmable key can be used as a

line key, DSS key, SPD key or feature key. The function of each key can be displayed

on the corresponding LCD. A 3–line LCD displays various information as well.

When using line feature programmable key as Speed dialing (SPD) key, terminal is

16LD LCD SPD key
