configure cpu-dos-protect notice-threshold <packets per second>
Description
Configures the number of packets per second that the switch needs to receive on a port for messages to
be logged. Used for denial of service protection.
Syntax Description
packets per second
Default
The default is 4000.

The following command configures a notice threshold of 2000:
configure cpu-dos-protect notice-threshold 2000
History
This command was first available in ExtremeWare 6.2.2.
The filter-type-allowed keyword was added in ExtremeWare 7.0.0.
This command was added to the Summit "e" series of switches in ExtremeWare 7.3e.
