unconfigure fdb-scan failure-action
Description
Returns the switch to its default of sending FDB scan messages to the syslog if too many failures are
detected within the specified scan period.
Syntax Description
The command has no arguments or variables.
Default
N/A
Usage Guidelines
This setting is independent of and does not affect the system health check configurations.
To determine if you have FDB scanning enabled and the failure action the switch takes, use the
command.

For ExtremeWare 6.2.2b108:
The failure action default is
failure-action
check action.
For ExtremeWare 6.2.2b134 and ExtremeWare 7.1.0:
The failure action default is
the switch sends one instance of an error message to the syslog.
Example
The following command returns the switch to its default of sending one instance of an error message to
the syslog:
