configure debug-trace slb-3dns

configure debug-trace slb-3dns <debug level>
Description
This command records debug information to the syslog.
NOTE
This command is available only on the "i" series switches.
Syntax Description
debug level
Specifies a debug level:
0 —
Records serious errors that can cause 3DNS support to fail. This includes problems
associated with system resources, invalid iQuery messages, and internal SLB and 3DNS
table maintenance.
1 —
Records task and or socket layer errors. These errors might indicate other more serious
problems.
2 —
Records informational 3DNS member change notifications, state changes, or age-outs.
3 —
Decodes and displays incoming and outgoing 3DNS iQuery messages. Also displays some
internal table data when the 3DNS member entries are created or updated.
4 —
No additional information recorded.
5 —
No additional information recorded.
Default
The default level is 0.
Usage Guidelines
The
range is 0 to 5. Higher levels record more verbose messages. Higher levels also record
debug level
the messages recorded at lower levels.
Example
The following command sets the reporting level for SLB 3DNS errors to 3:
configure debug-trace slb-3dns 3
