Use this command to send a message to one or all users.
tell {dest | all} message
Syntax Description

Switch command.

Example
This example shows how to tell all users about a system reset:
Matrix(rw)->
today
Specifies the user to which this message will be sent.
Valid syntax is user@location.
Sends a broadcast message to all users.
Text message.
tell all system reset scheduled for 1 p.m.
