hue/ saturation controls which are controlled by
SDO_YSCALE, SDO_CBSCALE, and
SDO_CRSCALE.

The CVBS color compensation imposes a
saturation operation on the CVBS data. Values
which exceed DAC conversion range 0~1023, in
10 bit resolution, would be saturated.
