Common base address is variously used for each codec. The interpretation of the common base address is
varying. Detailed descriptions are shown in
Base addresses of common 0~63 are defined for AXI_MEMORY_A, and common 64~127 are defined for
AXI_MASTER_B. Base address is determined as follows.
Base address calculation: (MC_DRAMBASE_ADDR) + (MFC_COMMON_BASE_ADDR<<11)
