The work flow is very similar to a COGO traverse calculation with azimuth/bearing. Refer to
"37.5.2 Traverse with Azimuth/Bearing".
Description
The direction from the known point to the COGO point
is an angle.
The point ID of the known point for the COGO calcu-
lation.
The point ID of a point used as backsight.
The angle between <Backsight:> and the new
COGO point to be calculated from the point selected
as <From:>. A positive value is for clockwise angles.
A negative value is for counterclockwise angles.
The direction from the known point to the COGO point
calculated from <Angle Right:>.
The horizontal distance between the known point and
the COGO point.
The offset of the COGO point from the line of direc-
tion. A positive offset is to the right, a negative offset
is to the left.
