Overview

The receiver has a variety of interfaces which can be configured to be used with different
ports and devices. The configuration varies depending on the individual application.
Description of the technical terms
Technical term Description
Interface An interface should be considered as a function of the
receiver.
Port The physical port on the instrument which will be used for
the interface functionality. It is sometimes necessary to
use particular ports with certain interfaces.
Device The hardware which is connected to the chosen port.
