The method by which the rotation angle will be deter-
mined.
The rotation can be manually typed in.
The rotation will be calculated as <New Azimuth:>
minus <Existing Az:>.
The point around which all points will be rotated.
Available for <Method: Computed>. A known direc-
tion before rotating.
Available for <Method: Computed>. A known direc-
tion after rotating.
