Use the information in this section to help you troubleshoot multicast routing problems using Enterprise
Device Manager (EDM).

Viewing IGMP snoop trace information

Use this procedure to view multicast trace information for IGMP snoop, which tracks the data
flow path of the multicast streams.
Procedure steps
1. In the navigation tree, open the following folders: Configuration > IP.
2. Click IGMP.
3. Click the Snoop Trace tab.

Displays the IP multicast address of the group traversing
the router.
Displays the IP source address of the multicast group.
Displays the egress VLAN ID for the multicast group.
Displays the ingress port for the multicast group.
Displays the ingress VLAN ID for the multicast group.
Displays where the stream was learned from. ACCESS
indicates it was learned on the UNI ports; NETWORK
indicates it was learned over the SPBM cloud.
