RADIUS server side troubleshooting

To troubleshoot RADIUS issues on the RADIUS server, use the following procedure.
Procedure steps
1. Make sure the secret string configured on the server is the same as that configured
2. Make sure the appropriate client network is configured on the server file
3. Before sending a RADIUS request to the server, create a user profile on the server
4. Make sure the server is listening for authentication and/or accounting request
5. Depending on the type of interface (IPv4 or IPv6) or the type of request the server
6. Make sure the client and server are using the same port for authentication and
7. If you want the server to listen for authentication/accounting packets on different

The following shows a sample configuration in the users file:

Note: Access-level's are defined in the file dictionary.passport, which should be present under
the directory "dictionary"
