Configuring the remote host address for log transfer

Configure the remote host address for log transfer. The system transfers the current log file to
a remote host when the log file size reaches the configured maximum size.
Prerequisites
• The IP address you configure for the remote host must be reachable at the time of
configuration.
Procedure steps

config log transferFile <id> add_IP <ipaddr>
<id> specifies the ID for the remote host. The range is 1 to 10.
config log transferFile <id> filename <str>
This command sets the IP address for the remote host to the default (0.0.0.0).

config log transferFile <id> info
Variable
Specifies the IP address of the host to where the log file
needs to be transferred. Specify the IP address in the
format a.b.c.d. The remote host must be reachable or the
configuration fails.
