Configuring Ping Snoop for R series modules

Use Ping Snoop to troubleshoot multilink trunking configurations.
The predefined ACL and ACTs for Ping Snoop are numbered 4096. You can use your own
ACT, ACL, and ACE instead, but you are duplicating the ACT, ACL, and ACE that the system
predefines.
Configure the ACE action, debug action, and the IP addresses that you require.
By default, ping snoop messages are echoed only to the serial console port. If you do not have
access to the serial port and are connecting via Telnet (or other means such as SSH or Rlogin),
to see the messages in your session, enter the following Global Configuration command:
logging screen
This setting is specific to the ACLI session where it is executed. The command does not save
to the configuration file and when the ACLI session is closed the setting is removed.
