Installing/removing the rigging frame
You need the rigging frame for the auxiliary hoist only when the counter-
weight combination is a maximum of 26 t (57,320 lbs).
– At least the 7 t (15,432 lbs) base plate lies on the counterweight platform.
– A base plate with a maximum weight of 26 t (57,320 lbs) lies on the coun-
terweight platform.
– Use lifting gear of the same lengths, so that the rigging frame hangs in the
à
centre of gravity;
Risk of damage to the rigging frame and truck crane!
Only sling the rigging frame at the slinging points provided. Always use
lifting gear with a sufficient lifting capacity and the same lengths.

Installing
•
(A) – Sling the rigging frame (2) at the sling-
ing points (1).
•
(B) – Lift the rigging frame (2) onto the coun-
terweight combination.
Removing
•
(A) – Sling the rigging frame at the slinging
points (1).
•
(B) – Lift the rigging frame (2) off the coun-
terweight combination.
•
Safely stow the rigging frame.
•
Remove the lifting gear.
