Risk of damage if the lifting limit switch is locked!
The lifting limit switch must not be locked. Remove the lock, if necessary.
If the lifting limit switch is locked, the hook block could hit the bottom of the
main boom head during the lifting procedure, resulting in damage to the
hook block, main boom head and hoist rope.
If two hoist ropes are reeved, you must also use two lifting limit switch
weights. In this case, both lifting limit switches must be unlocked;

If only one lifting limit switch has been
installed
•
Check whether the bridging plug is in the
socket that is not being used.
If, for example, the lifting limit switch (3) is
installed on the left, the bridging plug (2) must
be in the socket (1) on the right.
Otherwise the movements Raise hosting gear ,
Telescope out and Lower the boom will be locked.

Check whether the lock on the lifting limit
switch (3) is released;

If two lifting limit switches have been
installed
•
Lock the lifting limit switch to which no lift-
ing limit switch weight has been attached.
If the lifting limit switch weight has, for exam-
ple, been attached to the left lifting limit
switch (1), you must lock the right lifting limit

Otherwise the movements Raise hosting gear ,
Telescope out and Lower the boom will be locked.
