– Before telescoping
•
Externally inspect the truck crane to check that the swing-away lattice is
in the telescoping position.
– Before on-road driving
•
Externally inspect the truck crane to check that the swing-away lattice is
in the rigging position.
Risk of accidents by exceeding the permissible vehicle width!
Always bring the swing-away lattice to the on-road driving position before
driving on public roads. In this way you can prevent putting other road
users at risk and causing accidents.
Only start the emergency program when the symbol (1) is displayed;

When input is correct, the symbol (1) is displayed – the Telescoping
emergency programme starts.
14.5 Emergency operations and programs
•
Press the right dead man's switch (3).
•
Also press button (2) once – symbol (4)
appears.
•
Press the buttons (1) in the following order:
Æ Å Æ Ç
The symbols (5) confirm the entry.
If your input was incorrect, all symbols (5) go
out and you need to re-enter.
You can cancel the entry at any time using
button (6).
