Checks before starting the engine

The valve on the hydraulic tank must be open before starting the engine.
Risk of damage to the hydraulic pumps!
You may only start the engine when the valve on the hydraulic tank is open!
You can only start the engine when the battery master switch is switched
on.
Starting/switching off the engine – for crane operation
10.1 Starting the engine – from the crane cab
•
Check that the valve is open – lever (1)
parallel to the pipe.
•
Open the closed valve.
•
Switch the battery master switch (1) on.
The battery master switch is switched on if
you are unable to pull off the selector handle.
