Emergency Call has Priority
The emergency number must be dialled with the exchange line access
number entered under Réseaux publics > Indicatif (e. g. 0112 instead of
only 112). In this way, numbers beginning with 11... will remain available to
be assigned as internal numbers.
Important: Since the exchange line access number must be dialled
in advance if Appel d'urgence uniquement avec code d'accès à la
ligne principale is enabled, there is a risk that the exchange line access
number is forgotten in an emergency so that no emergency call can be
made.
Note: When switched off, an emergency number can be dialled
without exchange line access number, but it is not possible to assign
internal numbers which begin with the first digits of an emergency number.
Note: If you try to disable Appel d'urgence uniquement avec code
d'accès à la ligne principale after internal numbers beginning with the
first digits of an emergency number have been entered, an error message
will be displayed. Solve the problem by assigning new phone numbers to
the internal subscribers in question.
