Macro numbers

With the aid of macro numbers, longer digit sequences and macro

commands can be dialled more easily.

The Makrokurzwahlnummers are part of the internal phone numbering

plan and therefore must at least have 2 digits.

Proceed as follows for configuration:

Configure shorte-code macros.
