Check requirements (engine condition)
Engine: idling
A/C switch: OFF
A/C switch: ON
(Compressor is
operating)
Engine: Increase engine speed from
idle speed to 4,000 r/min.
Lighting switch: OFF
Lighting switch: ON (Taillamp: ON)
Ignition switch:
Release the
ON
accelerator pedal.
Depress the
accelerator pedal
slightly.
Engine: 3,000 r/min
Engine: cranking
Ignition switch:
Intake air temper-
