MUT-II can not communicate with any systems.
It is suspected that this malfunction is caused by a defective power supply and earth
circuits of the diagnosis connector.
Measure at diagnosis connector B-25.
D Voltage between terminal No. 16 and

Measure at diagnosis connector B-25.
D Continuity between terminal Nos. 4,
5 and body earth

Check trouble symptoms.
