Inspection Procedure 12
Doors do not lock or unlock when the key cylinder (driver's
side) is operated.
The door lock key cylinder switch (driver's side) may be defective.
Door lock key cylinder switch
(driver's side) continuity check
(Refer to P.42-44.)

Measure at the door lock key cylinder
switch connector (driver's side) E-06.
Disconnect the connector and
measure at the harness side.
Voltage between 1 and body earth
Voltage between 3 and body earth
OK: System voltage

Check the following connectors:
B-41, B-67X, B-21*

Repair
*: with keyless entry system
BODY –

Replace

Check the following connectors:
E-06, B-41, B-67X, B-21*
Check trouble symptoms.
Check the harness between the
door lock-ECU and key cylinder
switch, and repair if necessary.
