The current microcode

Difference Management
of the M-VOL.
The Add Pair operation
was executed specifying
None for Initial Copy.
The M-VOL belonged to
Sync Group.
6005 8990 A pair cannot be created,
because the specified R-VOL
is used for Compatible
FlashCopy V2.
6005 55230 The attribute of the port
assigned to SLPRs except
SLPR0 can only be changed
to Target.
6005 56524 This function cannot be used
by the storage partition
administrator.
6005 57005 An error occurred during SVP
processing. If this problem
persists, call HP technical
support.
6005 58319 A pair cannot be created
because the specified M-VOL
is used by XP Continuous
Access Journal or Universal
Replicator for Mainframe.
Recommended Action
Check the version of the
microcode of the storage
system.
If the microcode of the
storage system supports the
interface between FlashCopy
Mirroring V2 and M-VOL of
TrueCopy for Mainframe,
and then check the setting of
Difference Management of
the specified volume. Also,
check the setting of Initial
Copy when you have
executed Add Pair operation.
If microcode version or the
setting does not match the
above description, check
whether the specified volume
belongs to Sync Group from
Business Continuity Manager.
Specify the volume that can
be used to create a pair, and
then retry the operation.
Specify the port assigned to
SLPR0.
Select another window. To
set this function, contact the
storage administrator.
Call HP technical support.
Select another volume, and
retry the operation.
