IGNITION SYSTEM - RENIX (4-Cyl.
Engine)
TDC Sensor
The T D C sensor senses T D C , BDC, and engine
speed. It is non-adjustable (preset at the
factory in its mounting during engine assembly).
The T D C s e n s o r is s e c u r e d by s p e c i a l
shouldered bolts to the flywheel/drive plate
housing.

Diagnostic Connector
The diagnostic connector allows the following
test to be conveniently made right at the
connector:
• Primary Circuit Test (D1 -2) B + after ignition
• E n g i n e R P M T e s t (tachometer voltage)

NOTE: Use D1-3 for vehicle ground.
