SAG CONDITION
A vertical misalignment between both the front
rear section and the center of the vehicle is
referred to as a sag condition.If a sag is pre-
sent, the center section will be lower than the
misaligned front or rear section.

FRAME STRAIGHTENING
A bent or twisted frame may be straightened
using a frame straightening machine, provided
the extent of the misalignment is not excessive.
Use of self-centering and trammel gauges or jig
bench is necessary to maintain accuracy.

REPAIR JIG BENCH (CELETTE MUF 7)
The Celette MUF 7 repair jig bench is available
with interchangeable crossmembers and
fixtures.

The bench is equipped with casters for mobility.
Leveling
To ensure accuracy, a repair jig bench must be
leveled before repair operations are started.
A level is supplied with the jig bench for this
purpose.
Loosen the locknuts on the adjustment leg (C).
NOTE: The other three legs are used only in
conjunction with floor-mounted straightening/
pulling equipment. When involved in this type of
operation, lower the legs enough to remove the
weight from the casters prior to leveling the
bench.
