THROTTLE BODY INJECTION FUEL SYSTEMS
Remove the ISA motor-to-bracket retaining nuts.
Remove the ISA motor (6) from the bracket.

INSTALLATION
install the ISC motor (6) on the bracket.
Install the motor-to-bracket retaining nuts.
Connect the wire harness connector to the ISC
motor.
Connect the throttle return spring.
EGR VALVE REMOVAL
NOTE: The E G R valve is located on the intake
manifold below the throttle body.
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the E G R
valve (1).
Remove the two E G R valve-to-intake manifold
retaining bolts.
Remove the E G R valve (1)
intake manifold.
Discard the original gasket.
Clean the E G R valve (1)
manifold mating surfaces.

EGR VALVE INSTALLATION
Position the replacement E G R valve (1) on the
intake manifold with a replacement gasket.
Install the E G R valve-to-intake manifold bolts.
Connect the vacuum hose to the E G R valve (1).
